We always welcome guest posts, so if you have an article or a tutuorial in mind. All you need to do are read the information below and if you´re still intrested, please send us your idea using the contact form at the end of this page.

Tutorial information:

For every submission/idea we recive, we send out a template from where the tutorial should be built. If the tutorial itself becomes very long we´ll be spliting it up into parts. To get the tutorial approved by us requires it to be well written, uses proper spelling and are easy to understand.

If we feel the tutorial itself don´t meet the requirements or standards we are looking for, we won´t publish it. You will recive a note either if we publish or don´t publish it. Make sure to use alot of images, this helps the reader to get a better feel and makes it much more readable.

Here’s a few pointers:

• DO NOT use services such as Flickr unless there’s a Creative Commons License for Commercial Use in place, if so you must provide a link to the image.
• DO NOT use images from google/yahoo/ask etc… image search.
• DO NOT take images from websites.
• YOU MAY use stock sites such as SXC.hu and StockVault.net but check that file distribution setting, you may need permission.
• DO NOT submit already published tutorials from another site.
• DO use common sence and make sure to credit all resources.

Article information:

For every submission/idea we recive, we send out a template from where the article should be built. Images are not used as much in articles as tutorials, but if you need to include images make sure they are referring to the article itself.

An article should be short and provide as much information as possible, if the article itself are a little longer than usual be sure to include a few more images. This makes it more readable and easier to understand.

To get your article approved by us requires it to be well written, uses proper spelling, be up to date and easy to understand.

If not approved:

If we don´t approve your submission the first time you shouldn´t get discouraged, we might publish the next one. Below follows some reasons for why we did not approve your submission/idea.

Note that you will get an email from us explaining why we did not approve your article/tutorial.

* Poorly written (e.g. bad spelling, foul language, bad formating or hard to understand)
* Copyrighted materials being used
* Tutorial/Article published on another site
* Overall aesthetics on tutorial submission don´t meet our requirements
* Not relevant enough
* Outdated article/tutorial

If approved:

If your article/tutorial gets approved by us, we will look it over and fix the needed formating before publishing. Since we schedule all our posts we will not publish your article/tutorial until we have an open spot for it. (usually within 3 days from approval) You will get an e-mail from us letting you know when we will publish it.

Payment:

We pay US $20 p/each article/tutorial we publish, you will get paid the 15th the following month. (e.g. If your tutorial gets published january 2nd you will get paid US $20, february 15th) Note that we only pay you through PayPal.
